Effects of this command

The start time is coupled to the stop frequency offset of the measurement range of
the phase noise measurement (
If you change the start time, the R&S
FSPN adjusts the stop frequency offset
accordingly. For example, 1
MHz stop offset corresponds to 1
µs.
