30.4. CUSTOMERS
Customers database contains name of Customers for whom the measurements are carried out.
Procedure:
1. Enter submenu < Databases>, and press < Customers> field.
2. Press < Add > button.
3. If a customer already exists in the database of customers, press field with its name.
List of parameters defined for a customer:
1 Customer name
2 Customer code [internal code identifying a customer]
3 VAT no. [tax identification no.]
4 Address
5 Postal code
6 City
7 Discount
8 Printout [type of printout, label declared to a customer]
30.5. FORMULATIONS
Formulations database contains list of designed formulations, which can be prepared by weighing
each of formulations’ ingredients.
Procedure:
1. Enter submenu < Databases>, and press < Formulations> field.
2. Press < Add > button, should a new formulation be designed.
3. If a formulation already exists in the database, press field with its name.
List of parameters defined for a formulation:
1. Name
2. Code
3. Ingredients
4. Number of ingredients
5. Sum
30.6. FORMULATIONS REPORTS
Formulations reports contain data on completed formulations. Each report can be previewed,
searched by name, date, code or exported and printed.
Procedure:
1. Enter submenu < Databases>, and press < Formulations reports> button.
2. Press field of a desired report record, unless it is visible on the top of the list, wind the list
forward using navigating keys.
3. Report’s name consists of date and time of its creation, e.g.: 2011.10.12 15:12:15.
Caution:
It is possible to use an option for searching a report.
