The Calibrated value and the Valid value indicate whether or not the calibration data
determined by the CALIBRATION command is within acceptable limits. If the cali-
bration data is not valid, the Handler will not operate.
The following calibration data is displayed on the Calibration Data Status screen:
•
Calibrated (YES/NO)
This value shows whether or not the calibration process was successfully com-
pleted.
•
Valid (YES/NO)
This value shows whether or not the calibration data has been initialized.
•
CRTPRS
This value is the threshold for the Cartridge Presence sensor's optical detector.
•
I/OCLR
This value is the threshold for the I/O port clear sensor's optical detector.
•
I/OFULL
This value is the threshold for the I/O port full sensor's optical detector.
•
YCLEAR
This value is the threshold for the Inventory Sentry Beam's optical detector.
(This sensor is also known as the Y-Clear Sensor).
•
YCLEARM
This item appears in the menu, but it is not used for TLS-4000 libraries.
•
Y DATA 0
This value is the location of the top tape drive.
•
Y Drive Ofst0 through Y Drive Ofst3
These values are the distances between tape drives.
•
Y FIXED 0
This value is the location of the first fixed slot.
•
Y FIXED 1
This value is the location of the second fixed slot.
•
Y I/O PORT
This value is the location of the I/O port slot.
•
Y PRIVATE
This value is the location of the Private Slot.
•
Y SHUTTLE
This item appears in the menu, but it is not used for TLS-4000 libraries.
•
Y STORY 0
This value is the location of the bottom slot, in the bottom magazine, on the
first face.
