15. Check that the PVCU discharge line routed outside is con‐
nected.
Always route the PVCU discharge line upwards. Do not allow
any part of the PVCU discharge line to point downwards.
Ensure that the PVCU discharge line does not have more
than 8 bends. The maximum permissible length of the PVCU
discharge line is 30 metres.
16. Route a 20 mm diameter PVCU line to vent the production
tank outside.

17. Check that there is no contamination or dirt in the tanks
during and after installation, which would prevent the perfect
operation of the floats. This applies to the brine tank, the
product tank, the production tank and the caustic tank.
Do not connect the vent lines from the production tank and
product tank to the fan connector. Route the vent lines sepa‐
rately outside.
Route the vent line of the product tank with the vent line of
the production tank outside. The vent lines of the production
tank and the product tank are routed together outside, or
alternatively separately if the tanks are not located in the
same room.

18. Connect the 50 mm PVCU discharge line and the 90° PVCU
bend on the system. The PVCU line is included with the
scope of delivery of the system.
