Preparation for commissioning Tick
1 Check whether the line for the sensor air flow is connected.
2 Check whether the hydrogen circuit is connected.
3 Check whether the vent valve and the production and product tank are correctly con‐
nected.
4 Check the drain connectors.
5 Check the water supply.
6 Check the membrane cell for brine suction.
7 Check the water softener for brine suction
8 Check the connector for cooling water inlet/outlet.
9 Check all couplings, O-rings etc.
10 Check the filling line to the product tank.
11 Check the connector of the production lines.
12 Check the level switch in the production tank, caustic tank, brine tank and product
tank.
13 Check the check valve in the membrane cells of the suction line.
14 Check all other electrical connections made on site.
15 Check that the main fuse (kW, I) of the system corresponds to the specification in the
basic settings list.
16 Measure the 380/400 V AC power circuit and "N" and "PE".
17 Check the electrical and hydraulic connectors on the membrane cells.
18 Check whether all lines are connected in line with the
[P&ID].
19 Connect the level switch on the product tank to the control cabinet.
