6.
The system has load hooks, by means of which the system
can be lifted and moved to the correct position.
You can also use a fork-lift to position the system, taking into
account the fact that there is a PVC connector on the under‐
side of the system that may not be damaged.
Lift the system from the pallet into its installation position.
7.
Check that the system has been placed on the mountings
and is horizontal. The scope of delivery includes 4 mountings
into which the system's feet are placed.
8.
Remove all lifting material from the system.
9.
Once the lifting material has been removed from the system
(1), you can insert the 4 plastic rings supplied in the scope of
delivery of the system into the openings on the control cab‐
inet where the load hooks were. This is not necessary with
the Chlorinsitu-III < 600 g/h.

10. Position the brine tank (3) in its intended position. Preferably
position the brine tank in the direct vicinity of the system.
Remove all objects, even smaller foreign bodies, from the
area under the brine tank. The tank can be damaged by
these objects, owing to the heavy weight of the tank.
11. Position the product tank (2) in its intended position. Pref‐
erably position the product tank in the direct vicinity of the
system. Remove all objects, even smaller foreign bodies,
from the area under the product tank. The tank can be dam‐
aged by these objects, owing to the heavy weight of the tank.
12. Connect the PVCU discharge line on the fan outlet to the
sensor air flow.
Use the clamp to fix the discharge line on the fan connector
of the system. Fix the other end of the discharge line to the
threaded connector on the side of the caustic tank.
13. Route this PVCU discharge line outside. The vent connector
is located fully outdoors. Fit the connector in such a way that
no rainwater can penetrate it.
14. Connect the sensor air flow in the control cabinet – not
needed for the Chlorinsitu-III 100 ... 500 g/h.
