Use the measuring cup and the funnel to fill the caustic tank,

remembering to wear gloves and safety glasses. Open the

cover (1) of the caustic tank and pour lye into the tank. Fill

the caustic tank with 33 % lye.

17. Use the cover to seal the caustic tank.
18. Switch on the booster pump and the fan on the PLC display.

Please note that the booster pump is not yet running at this

point.
