Close both shut-off valves (1) under the production tank.
There is only one shut-off valve in the suction side of the
booster pump with the Chlorinsitu-III 600 ... 1750 g/h and
Chlorinsitu-III 2000 ... 3500 g/h models.

Unscrew the following threaded connectors:
n
Shut-off valve (2) under the production tank
n
Cooling water inlet (3)
n
Cooling water outlet (4)
n
Coupling on the suction line of the booster pump (5)
3.
Remove the suction line section (6) from the system.
Allow the section of line to drain into the collection tank.
4.
Connect the coupling supplied with the hose (7) to the shut-
off valve underneath the production tank.
Hang the other end of the hose into the tank (min. 20 litres).
5.
Slowly open the shut-off valve underneath the production
tank. Allow the product to run into the tank.

Afterwards you can pour this volume of product into the
production tank so that you can start generating a perfect
product.
