This alarm occurs if insufficient volume of brine is taken up during
regeneration. The following causes are possible:
n
The brine valve is faulty.
n
Insufficient or no brine in the brine tank.
n
Insufficient or no water in the brine tank.
n
The regeneration tap is closed.
n
The regeneration line is blocked.
This alarm occurs if the regeneration volume during regeneration is
not discharged to the production tank. The following causes are
possible:
n
The regeneration tap is closed.
n
The regeneration valve.
n
The regeneration pipe is blocked.
n
The vacuum is too low.
This alarm occurs if brine enters the regeneration pipe because the
brine valve is not activated.
This alarm occurs if the temperature on the anode side of the
membrane cell 1 is too high. The following causes are possible:
n
Cooling is not working.
n
There is too little brine in the membrane cell.
n
The current and voltage are too high.
n
The temperature switch is faulty.
n
The cell cables are not correctly tightened.
This alarm occurs if the temperature on the cathode side of the
membrane cell 1 is too high. The following causes are possible:
n
Cooling is not working.
n
There is too little brine in the membrane cell.
n
The current and voltage are too high.
n
The temperature switch is faulty.
n
The cell cables are not correctly tightened.
This alarm occurs if the temperature on the anode side of the
membrane cell 2 is too high. The following causes are possible:
n
Cooling is not working.
n
There is too little brine in the membrane cell.
n
The current and voltage are too high.
n
The temperature switch is faulty.
n
The cell cables are not correctly tightened.
This alarm occurs if the temperature on the cathode side of the
membrane cell 2 is too high. The following causes are possible:
n
Cooling is not working.
n
There is too little brine in the membrane cell.
n
The current and voltage are too high.
n
The temperature switch is faulty.
