12. Remove all blanking plates (1) on the vacuum transmitter
and the membrane cells.
13. If ordered: The chlorine sensor is included in the scope of
delivery of the system and is already in its holder. Remove
the plastic pouch and silica gel pouch from the chlorine
sensor.
14. Open all valves with the exception of the sample valve and
the control valve for the cooling water. Open the valves on
the membrane cells, the production tank, the caustic tank
and the chlorine tank.
15. Enter the
[SMART Production] parameters. The manual
operating display shows the
[SMART Production] menu item.
Enter the diameter and height of the product tank. Also enter
the setpoint for the level in the product tank. Enter the value
for the
[PROPORTIONAL BAND LEVEL] parameter. The
system operates at 100% below the value of the
[PROPORTIONAL BAND LEVEL].
