The profile of a workpiece may sometimes be slanted in the Image Monitor, even when it is measured
after being held horizontally. This is mainly caused by erroneous orientation of the sensor.
The installation error compensation function will calculate automatically the value for slant correction of
the sensor, and thus permits high accuracy measurement of workpiece profiles.
The value for slant compensation will be calculated specifically for the sensor that has currently been
used for the measurement (Sensor 0 or Sensor 1) and the measurement method (Wide or Zoom).
