Notifies to the host the fact that there has been a change in the status of the PT
and the contents of the PT status notify area have changed. However, in the
following cases a dedicated command is issued and therefore the PT status
notify command is not issued.
When numeral input has occurred
When character string input has occurred

Note also that the PT status notify command is not issued when the screen
switching strobe, the numeral setting strobe or the character string setting
strobe changes to ON or OFF.
