Decimal Point position for TC/RTD = 1 or 2, for PROCESS = 1, 2 , 3, or 4.
Decimal Point position for setpoint should be the same as Decimal Point position sets for Process Value and can not be
overwritten by SETPOINT command. (See RDGCNG command, described below.)
