The first three digits indicate the number of pages sent
while the last three indicate the total number of pages in the
document sent from the memory.

Indicates the correspondent’s facsimile number
Date/time
Indicates the date and time of the connection.
State
Indicates the operating status of the connection.

Waiting for connection or retransmission
OC
Line busy

Exchange busy

Procedure interrupted by user
FT
Error in transmission or reception.
Note:
To identify the document, it must have been stored. The “Doc. R.” column shows the document’s
reference number. In this case, the document can be printed or deleted.
