The activity report can also be printed, on request, by following the procedure described below:

The facsimile machine is on. At least one transmission or reception operation has been performed.

Example of an activity report.
1.
Press FUNCTION followed by 8.
2.
Press START.
The display shows the first function on the menu.

Press the

key twice to move on to the “Activity”
function.
4.
Press 3.
If the message “NO TRANSACTION” appears on the
second line of the display for a few seconds, this
means that no transmission or reception transaction
has been carried out. In this case, the facsimile
machine returns to the “REPORTS” menu functions.
5.
Press STOP to quit the menu.
Printing can be interrupted by pressing the STOP
key.
