SETTING PAGE NUMBERING (TRANSMISSION ONLY)
If you wish, set the number of pages in the document. If you do this, the document received will be numbered
at the top in the following way: 01/nn, 02/nn, 03/nn,... nn/nn, where “nn” represents the total number of pages
in the document (max. 15).
The facsimile machine will also carry out a check on page numbering:
•
If the document is sent from memory: At the end of storage, if the number of pages selected does not
correspond to the number stored, the message “WRONG NO. PAGES” will appear (for a few seconds) on
the display and the document will be automatically cleared from memory.
•
If the document is sent from the ADF: At the end of transmission, if the number of pages selected does not
correspond to the number sent, the facsimile machine emits a beep, the “error” LED comes on and an error
report is printed.
