Black Adjustment
1.
Press the
One Touch
Color
key.
2.
Press the BLACK ADJUSTMENT key.

Press the
O
or
P
key to adjust the gray scale.
Enhance Black:
Makes copies with fewer gray scale steps. By enhancing
black, adjustment can be made to prevent portions of the
image from being copied too lightly.
Weaken Black:
Makes copies with increased gray scale steps. By
weakening black, areas such as hair which are copied in
solid black can clearly merge with adjoining gray scale
areas of the image.
4.
Press the OK key.
Black Adjustment is set and the screen in step 1 is displayed.

Press the OK key.
The Black Adjustment process is complete.
ONE TOUCH COLOR
is displayed.
The copier is now ready to make copies.
