Draw zones around the sections of the page as shown in this
picture:

Click in the zone around the table to make it active.

Select
Finance
in the
Zone Contents
drop-down list.

Click the OCR button.

Yes
in the dialog box that asks if you want to replace the
current text.
OmniPage recognizes each of the zones according to the zone
contents you specified.
Because you selected the appropriate zone contents file, all
characters in the table are recognized correctly.
