This section describes the kind of information you require to assemble the CCR
Tree. It also provides you with step-by-step examples of how you can assem-
ble a CCR Tree.

Where
Before you begin assembling the CCR Tree, ensure you have a copy of the

Mini Programming Record. Constructing the CCR Tree involves
three steps.
Step
The first step in building the CCR Tree involves assigning options to the
Menu. The options you assign can be a transfer to a mailbox or extension, or
an Information Message. The Home Menu is Path 0. For example:

If the Home Menu is an Information Message, the call is disconnected after the
message is finished playing.
After you have determined how many options you want to offer in the Home
Menu, you must determine where the option will direct the caller.
Options are an Information Message, a Transfer Point, and a Leave Message
Point.
