Preparing to set up Custom

Call Routing (CCR) 

Introduction

Custom Call Routing (CCR) is an application, that works with

provide a call routing path to direct incoming calls. This section describes how

CCR is a customized call routing application that allows incoming callers to

route their own calls along call Paths you Create.

A Path on a CCR Tree is accessed by selecting a number option that you
assign to a voice menu. The CCR voice menus act just like 
Automated Attendant. The only difference is that you determine the options
available, and record the menu yourself. A caller selects number options by
pressing the buttons on any tone dial telephone.
