This section the Programming Record has information about the type of
KSU, and KSU software version being used in your company.
Note:
To perform the
set up, you need to use a
M7310
or
M7324 telephone. These
telephones have a two-line display.
This section of the Programming Record provides information about the number
of telephone (CO) lines in your company. You need to know the line numbers
so you can assign the lines to the
Greeting Table. You also need to
know the directory number length
The DN length ranges between two
and seven digits. For more information about determining the DN length, refer
to
the
Mini Installation Guide.

This part of the Programming Record covers:

Mailbox number length:
This is the number of digits in a mailbox number.
The mailbox number length must be the same as the
DN length. This is
designated by your
installer. The default DN length is two digits.
Bilingual:
This identifies whether or not the module has bilingual language
capability. Two types of
modules with bilingual capability are avail-
able: one type uses English and French, the other uses English and Spanish.
This section of the Programming Record provides a space to record
languages your company will be using with
Primary language:
This specifies which language is being used as the primary
language.
Alternate language:
This specifies which language is being used as the
alternate language.
Group List enabled:
This establishes whether or not Group Lists are being
used. A Group List leading digit must be assigned when the Group List is
enabled. This section of the Programming Record provides a space to record
the Group List leading digit. For more information about Group Lists, refer to
Section 11: Sending a message to more than one mailbox.
