Startup
Turn on the POWER switches of the PE-1.
Immediately after switching on a power supply, PE-1 begins to purge for line cleaning.
The message "STAND-BY xx:xx" appears at the upper left of the screen for 20 minutes
while the optical system and the heater temperatures stabilize.
Set of Syringe Cleaning Liquid
Put the liquid for syringe washing into washing bottles, and set them to HT-300A. And throw
away the liquid of the waste bottle.
Press a button, in order to turn the
tower of HT-300A to left side.
* HT-300A cannot be operated just
after a power supply. Please wait until
initialization is completed.
In default configuration, set toluene to the "A" position as cleaning liquid for oils, set IPA to
the “C” position, and set L-cysteine solution to the "D" position as cleaning liquid for water.
