4.2. Installing the program
For how to operate the computer itself, Windows, and peripheral equipment such as
printers refer to their relevant manuals.
Requirements for running the software
Supported OS: Windows 7
Recommended memory capacity: 1Gbyte or more
Required hard disk capacity: Approximately 10 MB
Installing the software
1) Start Windows. Terminate any other application
running on Windows.
2) Insert the CD-ROM. (The installer will
automatically launch.)
3) When the "Welcome to the PE-1000Win Setup
Wizard" screen appears, click the Next button.
4) When the "Select Installation Folder" screen
appears, confirm the folder and click the Next
button. If you wish to install the program in a
different folder, click the Browse button and then
select your preferred folder.
5) When the "Confirm Installation" screen appears,
click Next.
6) Installation begins, and the "Installing PE-
1000Win" screen appears. After installation is
complete the message "Installation Complete"
appears. Click the Close button.
