Viscosity delay strokes (s)
Specify the waiting time after suction of a sample when pulling the syringe up.
For low boiling point or high viscosity samples specify a long time.
Sample Volume
Specify the amount of sample to be dispensed.
Air volume (uL)
Specify the amount of air to be sucked in after taking a sample.
When “0” is specified, no air will be sucked in.
Injection speed (uL/s)
Specify the speed to inject a sample into the PE-1.
For high viscosity samples specify a sufficiently low speed.
Failure to observe this could result in leakage of the sample or damage to the syringe.
Pre injection dwell time (s)
Specify the waiting time before injecting a sample and after inserting the syringe needle
into the septum.
Post injection dwell time (s)
Specify the waiting time before removing the syringe needle from the septum and after
injecting a sample.
Sampling time (s)
Specify the sampling time following injection of a sample.
STEP 1 Heat Time (s)
Specify the heating time in the first step for the sample heating section.
STEP 1 Heat Temp (°C)
Specify the heating temperature in the first step for the sample heating section.
STEP 2 Heat Time (s)
Specify the heating time in the second step for the sample heating section.
STEP 2 Heat Temp (°C)
Specify the heating temperature in the second step for the sample heating section.
Save
Save the conditions of a method changed.
The conditions are saved for each method individually rather than collectively. Therefore,
after changing the conditions, ensure they are saved before making any change for the
next method number.
If the method is measured even once, the conditions of the method cannot be saved
unless the data is cleared using “New measurement (N).”
