After password entry, the message "An invalid
password is entered" appears.
Action
Check the password again and re-enter it.
Check if the [Caps Lock] or [Num Lock]
key lamp is illuminated.
If [Caps Lock] key lamp is illuminated,
press
Caps Lock
to release it. Then
re-enter the password.
If [Num Lock] key lamp is illuminated,
press
Fn
+
F12
to release it. Then
re-enter the password.

You have forgotten the password.
Action
If you forget the Windows password,
there is no way to find the password
directly. Take any of the following actions:

Click
to the right of the
"type your password" field on the
Windows logon screen to check
the tip.
o
Logon to ShieldPRO with another
user account.
o
Ask a person with an
administrator account of
ShieldPRO to create a new
password.
