If the upgrade failed, the Operating System will remain unchanged and a pop-up screen will be
displayed for the user to acknowledge the failed attempt.

Clicking on Refresh List will show the user all upgrade files currently available. To delete an upgrade file
from the list, select the desired file and click Delete Upgrade File. See

Figure 2.4.5 on page 2.4.5
