Replacing an Air Filter
The transmitter contains one air filter in the front of the transmitter (see Figure 2.3.1 on page 2.3.3 ). If
an air filter is damaged, replace it as follows:

Procedure
Take the following steps to replace an VX150 to VX2 air filter:
1. Order a new filter, as necessary. You can order from Nautel (Nautel Part # HAM95) or obtain one
from any local supplier of HVAC supplies.
2. Unpack the new filter and inspect it for damage.
3. Remove and retain the four M3 Phillips screws securing the fan cover from the front of the
transmitter and remove the filter.
4. Insert the new air filter and reinstall the fan cover using the screws retained in Step 3 .
5. Dispose of the dirty or damaged air filter.
