Set the bit data double verification mode.
The relationship between setting and setting value is as follows.

If Module parameter reflection request flag (RYC) is turned on after writing anything other than the above, Bit data double 
verification setting range error (error code: 1807H) is displayed. Also, the setting will not be reflected in the non-volatile 
memory.
