Cavity cover open
1. Press 'Silent' to reset the alarm.
2. Check that the cavity cover is properly closed. Then press
'Clear'.
3. Call your customer service if the issue can’t be fixed and press
'Help Desk' to manage specimens while the Alarm is
occurring.

Stirrer not running
1. Press 'Clear' to reset the alarm.
2. Press 'Silent' to hide the alarm.
3. Call your customer service if the issue can’t be fixed and press
'Help Desk' to manage specimens while the Alarm is
occurring.

Main power is missing
1. Press 'Silent' to hide the alarm.
2. Check that the unit power cable is correctly plugged.
3. Check the power line voltage of the laboratory and compare it
with the voltage required by the instrument (see back label).
Voltage must be the same (±10%) of that indicated on this
label.
4. Check the Fuses (service operation only).
5. Call your customer service to fix the issue and press 'Help
Desk' to manage specimens while the Alarm is occurring.

Target sensor error
1. Press 'Silent' to hide the alarm.
2. Open the cover and verify if the reagent is in the cavity. Then
press 'Clear' to reset the alarm.
3. Call your customer service to fix the issue and press 'Help
Desk' to manage specimens while the Alarm is occurring.

Cavity temperature too high 1. Press 'Silent' to hide the alarm.
2. Check the presence and rotation of the stirrer.
3. Wait at least 20 minutes and then press 'Clear'.
4. Open the cover and verify if the reagent is in the cavity. Then
press 'Clear' to reset the alarm.
5. Call your customer service if the issue can’t be fixed and press
'Help Desk' to manage specimens while the Alarm is
occurring.

Cavity temperature too low
1. Press 'Silent' to hide the alarm.
2. Verify if the Ramping part of the curve has been shortened.
Refer to a factory program to set the correct value.
3. Open the cover and verify if the reagent is in the cavity. Then
press 'Clear' to reset the alarm.
4. Call your customer service if the issue can’t be fixed and press
'Help Desk' to manage specimens while the Alarm is
occurring.
