6. Close the tanks holder doors and check the reagent level (working label).
7. Settings are automatically saved by the software.
8. After the replacement, the software resets the reagent management count to zero and the loading
date automatically changes to the current date (figure below). The reagents status icon also turns
from red to GREEN (figure below).
Make sure tank fitting is correctly inserted in its relative housing, and that the tank is
aligned with the others.
At the end of the procedure it is possible to check the correspondence between the tanks
as displayed by the software, with their numbers, names and colours, and the real tanks
as positioned inside the holder.
Particular attention must be paid to the level of reagent inside the tanks on completion of
each process to avoid low reagent situation when starting a new program.
