E. ICS Control Panel Installation
This procedure includes installation of the
support bracket assembly and the ashtray
assembly.
(1). Locate and install the passenger
compartment ICS support bracket
assembly at the observer's station (Ref.
Figure 904).
(2). Install the ashtray assembly into the
support bracket assembly.
(3). Install the 369D294340 system ”C” ICS
control panel into the support bracket
assembly (Ref. Figure 201).
(4). Connect plug 25P1 of the 269A4463-21
cable harness to the J1 receptacle on
the rear (bottom) of the ICS control
panel (Ref. Figure 904).
(5). Route the -21 wiring harness around
the ICS control panel. Tie the -21
harness onto the existing harness, for
physical support only (Ref. Sec. 96-00
for wiring harness maintenance). Rout
the -21 harness under the circuit
breaker panel and under the pilot's seat
(Ref. Figure 905).
F. Microphone Jack and Mike Switch
Installation
(Ref. Figure 905 and Figure 201) Install
microphone jack and mike switch and route
the 369A4412 cable to the microphone filter
terminal board FL500-3.

11 Wiring Harness and Relays
Installation
(1). Add two relays to the 369A4463-11
cable harness interconnect (Ref.
Figure 201). Ensure that observer's
transmitter relay K505 and observer's
interphone relay K504 have been added
to terminal board TB501 (Ref.
Figure 101).
(2). Route the -11 wiring harness with
existing ship's wiring to terminal
boards (Ref. Figure 101).
H. Other Wiring Harness Routing
The ICS installation kit, 369D294390, consists
of various wires and/or harness assemblies,
relays and connectors. Ensure that the wires
from the audio junction box, connectors, etc.,
are properly routed, tied and terminated.
I. Weight and Balance Data
(Ref. Table 901) Weight and balance data
changes that result from installation of the
observer's intercommunication system are
listed. After installation, incorporate changes
to helicopter weight and balance records.
