(15). Attach angle with three NAS601-4
screws, AN960PD6l flat washers, and
MS21042-06 self-locking nuts, or three
MS20470AD3 rivets.
(16). Install MS21103D10 clamp as shown,
with one NAS603-8P screw, one
NAS603-12P screw, two HS306-23H
washers, two AN360PD10L flat
washers, and two MS21042-3 self-lock­
ing nuts.
E. Ground Studs Installation (L/H Command
T − Panel)
(Ref. Figure 903)
(1). Remove original unheated pitot tube
(Ref. Pitot Tube Assembly Replace­
ment).
(2). Drill 0.198-0.204 inch (5.0292-5.1816
mm) diameter hole in pitot tube
support bracket.
(3). Drill 0.198-0.204 inch (5.0292-5.1816
mm) diameter hole in lower section of
instrument panel support bracket.
(4). Remove five screws securing right
lower section side panel to instrument
panel.
(5). Install NAS1096-3-12 screw, two
AN960JD10L washers, MS35338-43
lockwasher, and NAS671-10 nut in
previously drilled hole in pitot tube
support bracket.
(6). Install NAS1096-3-12 screw, two
AN960JD10L washers, MS35338-43
lockwasher, and NAS71-10 nut in
previously drilled hole in lower section
of instrument panel support.
(7). Install decal (E56) next to ground stud
on pitot tube support bracket.
(8). Install decal (E54) next to ground stud
on lower section of instrument panel.
