lates ferrous particles as described in
Engine Chip Detector Caution Light
above, this light illuminates.
(7). Tail Rotor Transmission Chip Detector
Caution Light:
This light illuminates when one chip
detector in the tail rotor transmission
accumulates ferrous chips as described
above.
(8). Fuel Level Low Caution Light:
When fuel supply weight diminishes to
35 pounds, a spring wire contact is
made by tank unit float arm at warning
level to complete a ground circuit and
illuminate the light.
(9). Fuel Filter Caution Light:
If the engine fuel pump filter becomes
clogged, the light is illuminated by a
case-grounded differential pressure
switch. The switch is installed across
fuel pump pressure drop ports to
measure pressure differential increase
across pump filter.
(10). Generator Out Caution Light:
If generator output voltage decreases
below battery voltage because of engine
shutdown, generator failure, or other
cause, reverse-current relay discon
nects generator from 28 Vdc bus and
causes the light to illuminate.
(11). Start Pump On Caution Light:
When the start pump circuit breaker
type switch is set to ON
(up), +28 Vdc is
applied to the start pump and the start
pump on caution light through a
voltage drop resistor.
(a). Slim-Line instrument panels only:
The start pump light is near the start
pump switch at the lower left side of
the instrument panel. The indicator
has a single lamp which does not
dim.
(b). R/H command T-Panels only:
The start pump switch is on the
horizontal electrical controls console,
and the caution light is located below
the instrument panel hood.
(c). L/H command T-Panels only:
The start pump light is located next
to the start pump switch at the left
side of the switch panel. The indica
tor has a single lamp which does not
dim.

(13). Automatic Reignition Caution Light -
L/H Command T-Panels Only:
Whenever N

than 55%, the RE-IGN P RST caution
indicator lights, showing that automat
ic reignition sequence has been initi
ated. Pressing the RE-IGN P RST
indicator will extinguish the light
without affecting the operation of the
automatic reignition system.
NOTE:
On 369E helicopter S/N 384 and subs,
and 369FF helicopter S/N 076 and subs,
pressing the RE-IGN P RST indicator will
disengage ignition exciter.
K. Caution and Warning Lights Description
(600N)
The caution and warning lights panel contains
caution light and warning light removeable
modular segments, with modular segment
nomenclatures. All caution lights are yellow
and all warning lights are red. When a fault
occurs in a system being monitored a light will
illuminate on the panel until the fault is
