(6). Perform Battery Temperature Sensing
Equipment - Operational Check (Power
ON).
D. Battery Temperature Sensing Equipment
Operational Check
(1). Remove battery from helicopter per
Battery Replacement.
(2). Check low and high temperatures
sensing switches on battery bus bar for
correct operation at specified tempera
tures per Battery Temperature Sensing
Switches Testing.
(3). Install battery in helicopter per Battery
Replacement.
(4). Inspect electrical wiring for security,
physical damage and continuity.
(5). With electrical power ON and PNL LT
circuit breaker CB104 ON, alternately
press indicator or PRESS-TO-TEST
switch and check that both 140
°
F and
160
°
F light indicators illuminate.
(Replace any defective lamps.)
