Repair Instructions
Intake Manifold Removal and Installation

Removal
1) For bi-fuel LPG model, relieve LPG fuel pressure in
LPG fuel feed line.
)
2) Disconnect negative (–) cable from battery.
3) Remove air cleaner assembly.
)
4) Remove throttle body assembly. )
5) For bi-fuel LPG model, remove LPG fuel injector
assembly.
)
6) Disconnect the following connectors and hoses.
• Brake booster hose (1)
• PCV valve hose (2)
• MAP sensor (3) connector
• LPG fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose (4) (for
bi-fuel LPG model)
• Engine harness clamps
7) Remove intake manifold stiffener bolt (1).
8) Loosen intake manifold stiffener bolt (2) and then
move intake manifold stiffener (3) as shown figure.
9) Remove intake manifold (1) and intake manifold
gasket.
10) Remove cooling water pipe (1). )
11) Remove spacer (2) and gasket from cylinder head.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the
following.
• Use new gaskets
• Refill cooling system.
)
• Check for coolant leakage. )
• Check for LPG fuel leakage. (for bi-fuel LPG model)

Camshaft and Tappet Removal and Installation
