1D-10 Engine Mechanical:
5) Tighten front suspension frame bolts (1) to specified
torque.
6) Remove lifting device.
7) Install front wheel speed sensors (if equipped).
8) Install front strut bracket bolts and nuts.
9) Install front brake discs and calipers.
10) Connect steering lower shaft to pinion shaft.
11) Install exhaust pipe.
12) Connect gear shift control cable to transaxle.
13) Install clutch cable to clutch release arm.
14) Install A/C compressor to its bracket.
15) Install engine harness clamps.
16) Install all other removed electric wires, connectors
and hoses to original locations.
17) Connect battery ground cable to transaxle case.
Tighten clutch cable bracket bolt to specified torque.
18) Install right side engine under cover.
19) Install front bumper.
20) Install accelerator cable to throttle body.

21) Install air cleaner assembly.
)
22) Make sure that all electric wires, connectors are
installed at original locations.
23) Make sure that all removed components are installed
at original locations.
24) Fill following oils.
• Engine oil:
• Manual transaxle oil:
25) For petrol model, install battery bracket.
For bi-fuel LPG model, install battery bracket with
pipe component.
26) Install engine coolant reservoir.
27) For bi-fuel LPG model, install LPG fuel filter with
LPG fuel filter bracket.
28) Install EVAP canister.
29) Install battery.
30) Refill cooling system with coolant.
31) Check any leakage of coolant, oil, fuel and exhaust.

– Petrol model: Reference “Fuel Leakage Check
Procedure: Petrol Model” in Section 1G in
related manual mentioned in the Foreword of
this manual.
– Bi-Fuel LPG model:
• Coolant leak:
32) Confirm front wheel alignment.
33) Confirm following items. If any defective condition is
found, check installed correctly.
• Engine starts normally.
• A/C and other system operation normally.
