Adjusting the brake force
In the Service technician menu, select “Adjust brake force”.
In the control cabinet, set both
motor circuit breakers to the “OFF” position.
5.1.1
Adjusting the zero point
Perform zero-balance adjustment for the brake force while no vehicle is located on the
test bench: press “Adjust” button.

Adjusting brake forces with adjusting device

Unscrew the middle cover and mount the adjustment device.

Measure the roller diameter.

Fit the adjustment device to the left-hand motor of the roller set (in the direction
of travel).

Attach the counterweight and level the adjustment device. Use the counterweight
to bring about balance. Only when the adjustment device is in equilibrium does no
force act on the range spring. The counterweight on the left side balances out the
additional weight of the calibration bar on the right side. The brake force display
shows 0.00 kN ± 0.01.

Secure the counterweight with the screw. The notches on the adjustment arm are
necessary for positioning the weight. The adjustment device can have two notches
