16. To lower the safety props:
a.
Pull lever (A) outward and rotate it toward the header
to lower safety prop (B) onto the cylinder.
b.
Repeat the previous step for the other safety prop.
c.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the
ignition.

17. Install clevis pin (A) through the support and the windrower
foot. Secure the clevis pin with hairpin (B).
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that clevis pin (A) is fully inserted and that the
hairpin is installed behind the bracket.
18. Repeat the previous step on the other side of the header.
