Figure 4-10: Engine Screen
Engine Screen
The “ENGINE” screen shot provides featured parameters
for the Plus 1 functions. See Figure 4-10.
Below is provided a definitions list for forklift
parameters: See Figure 4-10.
1.
0,3-CP_ EngStartSW
– Not Used.
2.
0,3-CP_EngStartEnable
– Monitors direction switch,
seat switch, and engine RPM. For this input to be
true (On) direction switch must be in neutral, seat
switch must be satisfied and engine RPM must be
below 500 RPM. Off means one of the switches is a
no start state.
3.
0,3-CP_Ands_to_set_Enable
- Monitors direction
switch, seat switch, and engine RPM. For this input to
be true (On) direction switch must be in neutral, seat
switch must be satisfied and engine RPM must be
below 500 RPM. Off means one of the switches is a
no start state.
4.
0,3-CP_Pedal_Pot
– Displays accel pot wiper
voltage.
5.
0,3-CP_RPM_CMD
– Displays the combined RPM
command i.e. Lift RPM, Tilt RPM, shift RPM, and
throttle command. This will be the actual
commanded RPM to the Engine.
6.
0,3-CP_Eng_RPM
– Displays the actual engine
RPM in real time.
7.
0,3-CP_PctLoad_Avg
– Displays the Average Load
Percent of the engine.
8.
0,3-CP_Load_PID
- Displays the Average Load
Percent of the engine
9.
0,3-CP_LoadRamp
- Filtered Load PID
10.
0,3-CP_LoadPropel
- Final result of propel
command (filtered using time ramps and PID for load
percentage)
11.
0,3-CP_PROPEL_RAMP
- Filtered Propel command
12.
0,3-CP_1939EngTemp
- Displays Actual Engine
temperature
13.
0,3-CP_PID_ON
- Displays status of the Load PID in
the engine controller
14.
0,3-CP_1939OilPSI
- Displays actual Engine oil
pressure
15.
0,3-CP_PID_OFF
- Displays status of the Load PID
in the engine controller
16.
0,3-CP_1939FuelPSI
- Displays Engine fuel
pressure in kPa
