Loose hose or hydraulic fitting.
Leaking cylinder - lift, tilt and/or
side shift.
• Locate source of leak, cylinder,
manifold hose, cylinder hoses, etc.
Tighten and/or replace fittings.
• Be careful not to strip the threads,
rendering the fitting defective.

• Seal kits are available for most
cylinders - see Bendi IC Parts List
F-501 and Mast Parts List(s) F-387
or F-389 for replacement items.
Frayed or broken wires.
This may be caused by improperly
secured wires or harnesses,
allowing pinching or excessive
movement (vibration).
• Repair or replace wires and
harnesses and secure properly.
• See “Inspect Electrical
Connections,” in Chapter 2, Planned
Maintenance.
• Make sure wires do not come in
contact with any moving parts or are
not pinched in access doors or
cover panels.
Scraping marks on the mast.
Rail misalignment.
• Realign rails. See “Hydraulic
Problems,” beginning on
page
3-2.
Intermittent electrical problems.
Loose electrical connections.
• Check for excessive vibration or
poor maintenance procedures.
• Tighten contacts as needed.
• Examine cable assemblies for tight
connections.
• Wire terminal crimps should be
secure and wire stranding must not
be frayed or corroded.
Lights do not work.
Faulty LED headlights.
Blown fuse.
Electrical problem - frayed or
broken wires, faulty switch or
electronics.
•
Replace light assembly.
•
Replace fuse #2, 10 amps.
