8. With the CREATE ASSOCIATION menu (
) displayed, remove the TPA Card by

CRYPTO CARD EJECTOR BUTTON
. Then insert the Fill Card to be
“Associated” with the STE. You can also associate the TPA card with the STE. This card would
be both a TPA card and a User Card.
