11.8.1 Disassembly of the expanding wedge
•
Loosen bolt (6) with 4 mm spanner and separate upper part attachment (2) from lower part
attachment (7).
•
Open Velcro fastening and pull expanding wedge cover (5) out of expanding wedge
upholstery (4).
•
Loosen two countersunk screws (3) and separate upper part attachment (2) from expansion
wedge upholstery (4).
•
Loosen four screws (8) and remove fixing plate with detent (1) from seat upholstery (10).
•
Loosen bolt (9) with 4 mm spanner for bolt and 10 mm spanner for nut, and separate the
lower part attachment (7) from the fixing plate (1). Take care with the distance bushes while
doing this.
11.8.2 Reassembly of expanding wedge
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
