10.4.3 Disassembly of seat tilt adjustment
•
Only for electrical leg adjustment: Remove connection plugs from the sockets (in front,
lower part) at the battery box attachment.
•
Release legrest lock and detach legrests.
•
Loosen quick-release bolt (29) at upper part of seat tilt adjustment (not illustrated), or at
actuator motor (23), and remove together with washers if necessary.
•
Only for actuator motor: Remove connection plugs from the sockets (in front, lower part) at
the battery box attachment.
•
Loosen nut (28) completely and remove with washer (27) from the screw (26).
•
Support actuator motor (23), or seat tilt adjustment resp., with your hand, remove screw
(26) with washer (27) and detach motor (23) or the seat tilt adjustment from the angle
brackets (29).
10.4.4 Reassembly of the seat tilt adjustment
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
10.4.5 Disassembly of the seating module and the seat frame
•
If necessary, remove headrest.
For more information, see chapter 10.2.
•
Detach the joystick box and, if existing, the brake lever, from the side panels.
•
Detach the side panels from the seat frame (10).
For more information, see chapter 10.3.
•
If necessary, detach the actuator motor connection cables and take off the clamping pieces.
•
Release legrest lock and detach legrests.
•
Remove the quick-release bolts from the seat tilt adjustment (25) (not illustrated) or the
actuator motor (23).
•
Support the Recaro seat , remove the spring-loaded catches (11) and lift the Recaro seat
completely off the chassis.
•
Place the Recaro seat on its side and remove screws (12) completely.
•
Separate seat frame from Recaro seat.
•
If necessary, remove clamping lever.
•
Loosen nut (15) completely and remove with washer from the screws (13). Remove screws
(13) with washers (14) and detach rear seat adapter (16) from chassis.
•
Remove screws (17) and detach front seat adapter (18) from chassis.
10.4.6 Reassembly of the seating module and the seat frame
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
