17.3  Replacing the actuator motors for the legrests 

17.3.1

Disassembly 

• 

Pull the actuator motor plug to be replaced from 
the connector socket. 

• 

Remove the upper motor fastening cover. 

• 

Disassemble now the actuator motor by 
loosening the two fastening screws (1) 
(M8 x 35 mm) 

17.3.2 Reassembly 

• 

Insert the actuator motor and fasten it in the 
legrest tapped bushes (4) by tightening the two 
fastening screws (3). Do not forget the washer 
(1).

• 

Guide the motor cable to the corresponding 
connector board and put the plug into the socket. 

• 

Place cover (2) onto the screw head. 

• 

Carry out a performance test. 

Caution

:

Do not tighten the fastening screws too heavily. The actuator motor must be able to 
move within the fixtures. 

 

Lay motor cable in a way where it cannot be pinched.
