19.6 Power module
19.6.1 Preparation
•
Take out batteries.
•
Remove splash protection. See also chapter:12.2
•
Remove cable binders (6) at power module.
19.6.2 Removal of power module
•
Pull protective caps (2) of plugs (3)
upward, press plug lock at plug and pull
the plug from the power module's (4)
connector board.
•
Loosen the two fastening screws (5) of the
power module (4) from the outside. The
nuts (1) in the power module are protected
against rotation.
•
Only vehicle with lifter:
The shielding plate (7) is screwed to the
base of the chassis and can be taken out
for better disassembly of the power
module (4), if required.
•
On the
Twister Junior
, the cover plate is
screwed to the power module and must be
removed first.
•
Take out the power module (4).
19.6.3 Fitting the power module
•
Push the power module (4) from above
into the battery box attachment.
•
Insert the plugs into the module's
connector board.
See wiring diagram: power module.
•
Mount splash protection.
•
Reinsert the battery boxes.
Note
:
•
When installing the module,
the screw distance bushes (1)
between the chassis and the
module (4) must not be
forgotten, since otherwise, it
will not be possible to install
the central cover.
Caution
:
•
Before using the central covering, it is essential to ensure that the cables from the
power module are correctly located and fixed, so that the covering can be put in
place without damaging any cables.
