9.8.1
Disassembly of legrests
•
Detach calf strap (12) from the lower part of the legrest (13).
•
Release legrest lock and lift legrest from the hinge bolts.
•
Loosen screw (15) and pull the legrest upper part (16) from the legrest lower part (13).
•
Loosen self-tapping screw (8) completely and detach footplate (1) from the footplate tube
(4).
•
Loosen nut (6) and separate together with washer (7) from the screw (11).
•
Detach screw (11) with washer (7) and separate footplate tube (4) from the lower part of the
legrest (13).
•
If necessary, loosen nut (9) and remove together with regulating screw (10).
•
If necessary, remove sliders (5) and caps (14).
The sliders are inserted. They can be levered off using a suitable tool such as a
screwdriver.
•
If necessary, loosen screw (3) and detach guard roller (2) from the footplate (1).
9.8.2
Reassembly of legrests
Reassembly is carried out in reverse order:
•
Observe part orientation while reassembling (left-hand /
right-hand side).
•
Adjust legrests to identical length .
•
Adjust regulating screws (10) correctly and secure with nuts (9).
