19.3.5 Disassembly of table plate and support
•
Detach joystick box (1) as described above.
•
Loosen nuts (28) and remove together with washers (27) and screws (26).
•
Detach table plate (24) with guide rod (32) from its attachment (23).
•
Loosen nuts (31) and remove with screws (30).
•
Separate guide rod (32) from table plate (24).
•
Separate holder (29) from the angle joints (33).
•
Mark position of angle joints (33) and unscrew joints from guide rod (32).
•
Loosen wing nut (25) and remove holder (3) from guide rod (32).
•
Release grub screw (not illustrated) at upper part of side panel and detach guide rod (5)
with swivel arms (21, 22) completely from wheelchair.
•
Loosen wing nut (25) and separate swivel arms (21, 22).
•
Remove cap (14) at swivel arm (21), loosen and detach nut (15).
•
Detach swivel arm (21) with washers (16) and bushes (17) from the guide rod (5).
•
Remove cap (14) at swivel arm (22), loosen and detach nut (15).
•
Detach attachment (23) with washer (16) and bushes (17) from swivel arm (22).
•
If necessary, remove sliders (18, 19).
19.3.6 Reassembly of table plate and support
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
Note:
•
In the assembly, care is to be taken that the bushes (17) with washers (16) be
inserted correctly into the swivel arm (21)or the attachment (23).
•
The angle joints (33) are to be mounted on the guide rod (32) in such a way that
the table plate (24) can be screwed together with the holders (29).
