19.4.3 Disassembly of the motor
•
Detach motor connection cable (38) from wheelchair and lay bare.
•
Remove securing ring (17) from bolt (14) so that the motor (8) can be freed from the back
support rod (2).
•
Loosen nut (37) completely and detach together with washer (25).
•
Support motor (8), remove screw (19) and detach motor from swivel arm (3).
19.4.4 Reassembly of the motor
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
19.4.5 Disassembly of the switchbox
•
Detach connection cable (38) from wheelchair and lay bare.
•
Loosen nut (13) completely and detach together with screw (27).
•
Detach switchbox from the switchbox rod (5).
•
If necessary, loosen wing nut (24) and detach switchbox rod (5).
19.4.6 Reassembly of the switchbox
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
19.4.7 Disassembly of support, complete
•
Remove control (1) as described above.
•
Remove motor (29) as described above.
•
If necessary, remove switchbox (28) and switchbox rod (23) as described above.
•
Detach holding attachment (5) with clamps (18) carefully from swivel arm (3) and lay bare
BUS cable (22) in the process.
•
Remove BUS cable (22) completely from the swivel arm (3) and detach from the
wheelchair.
•
Remove cap (17), loosen nut (16) and detach swivel arm (3) with bush (14) and washers
(15) from the back support rod (2).
•
Detach swivel arm (3) from back support rod (2).
•
Loosen wing screws (7), or clamping lever (20), and detach back support rod (2) from the
holders (31, and 34 resp.).
•
Recaro seat only: Loosen 4 nuts (27) detach together with screws (33).
•
Recaro seat only: Remove screws (32) and detach holder (31) from seat.
•
Other seats: Remove Phillips screws (35) and detach holder (34) with collars (36) from the
backrest.
•
If necessary, remove sliders (9, and 10 resp.).
