15.5.2 Checking the direction indicators
•
Check using the Multimeter the voltage U located
between the contact in the direction indicator
housing (positive terminal) and the bulb socket
(negative terminal).
Voltage in:
6 km/h wheelchair
= 24 V
10 km/h wheelchair (abroad)
= 24 V
10 km/h wheelchair (Deutschland)= 12 V
Caution
:
Avoid bridging the poles whatever happens.
Danger of fire and combustion !
15.5.3 Reassembly of the direction indicators
•
Insert the new light bulb.
Type of bulb:
6 km/h wheelchair
= 24 V / 10 W
10 km/h wheelchair (abroad)
= 24 V / 10 W
10 km/h wheelchair (Deutschland)= 12 V / 10 W
•
Lock light bulb by slightly pressuring down and
turning by 1/8 rotation to the right.
•
Fit direction indicator glass.
•
Attach the direction indicator glass using the
fastening screw.
Note
:
When reassembling the direction indicator
glass, ensure that the lug on the glass locates in
the groove in the direction indicator housing.
