Cannot run
diagnostics on a port
that is failed.

port that has failed
any previous
diagnostic (power-on
diagnostic, online
diagnostic, or
loopback test). The
amber LED associated
with the port
illuminates to indicate
the failed state.
Reset the port and perform
diagnostics again.

active E-port.

only when it is not active.
